The National League divisional games have been as exciting as the ones from the American League. The St. Louis Cardinals faced off with Philadelphia Phillies, who also were favored by the online sportsbooks and Vegas sportsbooks. With a tough series, the Cardinals ended up moving up the spot clinch the Championship Series Games. Going to the final game of the series for Cardinals and Phillies, the Milwaukee Brewers beat the fighting Arizona Diamondbacks. Chris Young from Diamondbacks leads the National League with three homeruns these 2011 postseason games. In the American League, Adrian Beltre from Texas leads with three homeruns as well.
With few weeks left to crown the 2011 World Series champion, there are 4 team left who are trying to win that priceless trophy. Texas Rangers taking on Detroit Tigers, as well as the Milwaukee Brewers taking on St. Louis Cardinals.
The winners will face off in the World Series 2011 Game 1 on Wednesday, October 19th, playing either at the Cardinals or the Brewers ball park. Game 2 will take place on Thursday, October 20th, being played either again at the Cardinals or Brewers ball park. The game 3 will be played on Sunday, October 22nd, played at Tigers or Rangers Ball Park.
